My lover-of-animals girl.
She was so happy to see a pony just resting off to the side of the pony rides. After we got permission, she pet the guy for quite some time, using her gentle voice to talk to him…

“Hi little guy. [pause]
Watcha doin’ little one? [pause]
Are you having fun today?
You sure are soft…”
